When using a new electrode, first remove the protective cover on the top and check the whole electrode. If salt crystals are formed in the electrode tip and protective cover due to the evaporation of electrolyte inside the electrode through the dialysis membrane, it does not affect the normal use of the electrode, indicating that the electrode dialysis membrane is normal. Rinse it off with clean water. During transportation, bubbles may form inside the glass ball of the electrode head. In this case, gently shake the electrode like a common mercury thermometer to remove the bubbles. If the electrode glass induction membrane or dialysis membrane head is relatively dry, the electrode can be soaked in HI70300 electrode preservation solution for at least 1 hour to keep the dry glass induction membrane and dialysis membrane moist; Frequent soaking is beneficial for electrodes. Reminder: Do not use distilled water or deionized water to store or soak electrodes, as this will cause electrode sensor failure
